CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

What is your conference cancellation policy?

 

If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the event organizers, someone else to attend in their place.

Where a registrant is unable to attend and is not able to transfer their place to another person, then the cancellation timeline applies.

Conference Refunds

 

For payments received by credit card, the same credit card will be refunded within 45 days.

Your personal information is collected on the registration site on behalf of the event organizers. Your information is protected by Alberta’s Personal Information Privacy Act (PIPA) and your personal information will not be shared.
